One of the biggest issues in this presidential race is racism. It’s believed that if you don’t vote for Obama you’re a racist. I’m not surprised that the masses(I like to call them sheeple) would use the race card. Whenever there are two people competing for anything and one of them is white, the other being of another race, the “race card” is always in the background to be used when things go in favor of the white man/woman.
I’ve worked hard in my life to get what I have, if I didn’t get the job or the promotion I accepted it and moved on. I may be white man and some would say that I don’t understand, but just because that I am white doesn’t mean that I get what I want.
In this election we are hearing this more and more as it goes on. Obama’s nomination is not guaranteed and with a percentage of democrats looking to put Hillary on the ballot. People are looking to use the “card” within the party. Could it be that maybe he’s not the best candidate for the democratic party? Look at the man’s experience, he’s only in politics a short time and people need to realize it. It’s too soon for him to be running for the top position in this country’s government.
If we as a country are to move forward, we need to stop this way of thinking.
