No Wonder The Government Has No Money
It’s amazing that Obama wants to make sure that the stimulus plan is passed. This country has no money to help stimulate this economy, unless of course they print more. What good is it if we were to print more money? None what-so-ever. The more you have of something, the less each of those units are worth.
I’m not surprised that the current administration has no clue as to how to save this country. News came out today that our tax evading Secretary of Treasury, Tim Geithner will receive almost a half a million dollars in severance pay for him leaving his position at the New York Federal Reserve. Why should a person get a severance package from a employer if he’s the one that decided to leave the job? Isn’t a severance package given to someone for being dismissed from a position? Well if you work for the United States government, it’s not the case. Yes, I do believe he should be paid for his unused vacation and comp days, but to be given a severance package from our tax dollars for a position that HE decided to leave is ludicrous.
This goes to show that this administration is out for themselves and their friends, not the American people. The stimulus plan is a huge waste of money in regards to increasing jobs in America. Obama is in office for just twenty one days and his approval rating has already dropped to 55%. Let’s see where it will be when he finally makes it to his 100th day in office.
